This policy applies to every service order placed through https://hotelnix.com with Suwan Style Agency Co., Ltd.
1. Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel before our team starts the work, you receive a full refund.
2. Cancelling after work starts
Once work has started, we refund only the portion not yet performed. Work already delivered or performed is non-refundable. We tell you the refund amount before processing it.
3. Monthly and annual services
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund a billing period already used, in whole or in part.
4. Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, hardware, platform fees and other third-party costs we have already paid on your behalf are non-refundable unless the provider refunds us.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, we refund the excess in full.
6. How to request a refund
Email win@hotelnix.com or message us on LINE with your order number (for example HNX-xxxxxx). We reply within three business days.
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
